Dedicated Project Lead for short term projects in China / Wuxi/Yantai - Scrap reduction on specific chassis components / projects - Production cycle time reduction (Metal Rubber parts) - Transfer management of serial production projects to other plants

- Responsibility for succesfull project lead (Chassis Rubber Metal Components) from RFQ phase over development till serial production/ Industrilization. - Direct customer communication. (Fiat/Chrysler-US, Fiat/Geely-CN, JLR-EU) - Project Budget responsibility (200k Euro)

- Coordination and technical advisory in CAE projects. - Build up and growth of external CAE team at customer Ford in cologne

Structural, Durability, Ride Performance Analysis for chassis systems, components with FEM (Abaqus) and ADAMS

Sachbearbeiter fuer die Berechnung der Betriebsfestigkeit von Fahrzeug - Tueren, Motorhauben, Heckklappen und Fahrgastboeden. Eingesetzte Software: ANSA Praeprozessing, Abaqus Implizit, Ncode Design Life, Ls Dyna, Metapost.

Thema der Arbeit: Entwicklung eines Testverfahrens für Achsschenkel - Querlenker Verbindungen.

Auslegung und Konstruktion von Drückwerkzeugen.
