Having the responsibility for one of the biggest All4Labels sites with 350+ employees. All4Labels, headquartered in Hamburg, is one of the world’s top label manufacturers and the leading provider of digital printing solutions with a specialization on the home and personal care as well as food & beverage markets. The company is recognized by its customers as a preferred provider of pressure sensitive, shrink sleeve and security labels as well as flexible solutions.

As a member of the management board of CCL Label Holzkirchen I was leading 200+ employees in the various areas of Operations, Development & Technology. CCL Industries is the largest label company in the world and provides innovative solutions to the Home & Personal Care, Premium Food & Beverage, Healthcare & Specialty, Automotive & Durables and Consumer markets worldwide. The Company is divided into four reporting segments: CCL, Avery, Checkpoint and Innovia.

On an interim basis due to a reorganization, I was allowed to take over the management of the Customer Service in addition to my main task as Operations. During this time I was able to restructure the technical Customer Support and set new impulses in the management of 8 professionals. In addition, I was responsible for supporting the international and national Key Accounts of CCL Label HPC Europa in the technical implementation of their new products.

Avery Zweckform offers innovative label solutions, including free templates and designs through Avery Design&Print software to customize and print projects online and offline. Avery markets products under the well-known Avery Zweckform brand name and is one of the world's leading manufacturers of self-adhesive labels for laser and ink jet printers, labeling software and other office-, home- and school-related supplies. Avery Zweckform is a business unit of CCL Industries and is based in the south of Munich.
