Currently managing all the Recruitment Operations in Latam and EMEA region, on the constant search of NetApp, EMC and Cisco Certified Instructors interested on a long term business partnership contract with Pegasus.

As a CRM, I was responsible for developing a partnership with our client account, within the Americas region, by working directly with the client staffing team or the hiring managers to develop and enhance strategies to ensure successful delivery of staffing services.

Worked with SAP senior leadership to identify personnel needs in Latam region, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments. Performed full lifecycle recruiting, delivering high quality professional and executive-level candidates, advancing SAP brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process;

Responsible of maintaining high service levels for customers through quality control checks; Identifying technical training and development needs within the account´s agents; Recruitment process: screening, selection, interviews with candidates and onboarding training with new employees.

Worked with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings and constant follow-up to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation, sourcing of candidates, cv evaluation, face-to-face interviews, behavioral and psychological tests; hiring processes and onboarding management of temporary employees.
