Fernando César Andrade

Responsible for planning, scope definition, analysis, research of specialized reports, benchmarking and carrying out IT Strategy and Cybersecurity projects.

Reporting to Program Director, responsible for management of Architecture & Legacy Systems Integration projects, part of SAP Technology Transformation Program at CAIXA, a Federal Government Bank in Brasilia. Relationship with CAIXA Executives, Capgemini Directors / Senior Executives and PMO for (i) alignment of performance and financial progress, (ii) complex decision-making, and (iii) treatment of issues and risks.

Reporting to Partners and Executive Directors, responsible for management of projects/engagements regarding IT advisory, IT risks and Information Security. Management and issue of project financial reports to partners and directors, and reporting client about schedule, performance, quality, time, billing, risks, issues and project changes. Monitoring and closure of new business opportunities.

Reporting to Senior Manager, responsible for coordination of Industrial IT and Information Security projects. Development of project plans, schedules, status report, meetings and action plans. Sales department support by opportunities assessment, analysis and development of RFP’s, budgeting and technical proposals. Consolidation and leverage of Industrial IT - Operational Technology (OT) - service line.

Development of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solution in Java platform, integrating with SAP ERP, Plant Information Management System (PIMS) and industrial legacy systems, and its implementation in three plants. Assessing users’ needs and executing evolutive / corrective maintenance.

Development and maintenance of web applications administrative and portal systems for the BrTurbo/Brasil Telecom, such as Help Desk/Call Center, Billing, Blogs, Webmail, Mail Sender, and other web systems portal using proprietary framework in J2EE architecture.
