• Relocated to the USA in order to prepare Merchant e-Solutions Platform for Cielo standards; • Managed an Outsourced Architecture Team; • Technical assessment of the current Platform including the Transactional (Trident, Encryption Server, TEM, Payment Gateway) and the Web User Interface (WRS); • Responsible for doing profile assessment and interviewing candidates for developer and architecture positions both in Portuguese and in English.

Managed an Outsourced Development Team to support the daily activities on a client/server environment including several mission critical projects. Responsible for monitoring the service delivery and the KPI, define and monitor software development best practices. Job responsibilities included design, information, architecture and software configuration management. Heavily focused on Web and Web-services platforms.

Development of JAVA/J2EE applications for the IBM Maximo, the leading solution for Enterprise Asset Management Systems. I’ve worked on Core and Industry Solutions teams with the majority of time dedicated to the Transportation segment. Working with a worldwide team, split mostly across USA, Brazil, Canada and India. I’ve assisted the adoption of formal inspections, unit tests and issue classification and I also was responsible for keeping the development of good practices.

Responsible for leading a team designated to re-engineer and develop an internal application used for installation, control and maintenance of communications sites in wireless and broadcast industries. Some of our indirect customers: VIVO, CLARO & TIM. Technologies: C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, NHibernate and Crystal Reports.

Re-engineering and development of an Applications Management Services (AMS) used for service control in ERP outsourcing consulting (SAP/JDE). The application was built using ITIL Foundation concepts (KPI) to control the outsourcing efficiency. Technologies: C#, MVC, ASP.NET, SQL Server and NHibernate.

Re-engineering and development of an internal application to control transport routes.
