The project involved the implementation of the first corporate SOA bus for the AMX Group, exposing services from legacy systems to voice automation and other initiatives, management of voice partners, infrastructure and datacenter; - Management of the SSO (Single-Sign-On) project and its implementation on the Call Center centers, with a total of more than 55.000 Access Points migrated.

- Management of the project of structuring and implementation of the CMMi-2 maturity model on Software Factory; - Execution of training intended to project managers and team to create maturity in all the key process areas of CMMi-2 quality model. Highlights: - Recovery of the lost investment through a new strategy to accelerate the methodology setup based on the quarterly executions of SCAMPI (Standard CMMi Appraisal Method for Process Improvement) to check out the maturity evolution.

- Recovery of the lost investment and Management of the Digital TV implementation project in the Brazilian cities of Porto Alegre (POA) and Belo Horizonte (BH), held in a record time, ensuring continuity of operation through the exchange of technology; - Management of the Oracle version migration project covering refactoring over 30 satellites systems, ensuring adherence post-migration; - Several technical presales, RFI and RFP responses, and definition of new service models.

- Customers contracts recovery affected by relationship and delivery quality; - Restructuring of Coding Factory and incorporation of new technologies (Java, .NET and Oracle); - Building of Software Factory management tools; - Establishment of new operations in other locations (Florianópolis and Pato Branco - BR).

- Management of several projects of open and mainframe platforms to Bradesco Bank; - Management of RCA operation taking care over 100 legacy systems to Bradesco Bank in many different technologies, such as Java, ASP, JavaScript, VB, C/C++, Transact-SQL, PL/SQL, Cobol, DB2 and VSAM; - Executive management of test factory relationship holding over 150 testers. Highlights: - Implementation of the first Brazilian case of deploying IBM WebSphere on Mainframe.

- Development of portals, e-learning and collaboration tools (chats and forums) in Java, ASP, JavaScript, VBScript, Flash, Oracle and SQL Server. Highlights: - E-learning project recovery, building a CMS, developing new collaboration tools (chats, CMS, forums, etc.) allowing the attending over 50.000 employees; - Training of Instruction Designers, Content Generators and teacher for the development of programmatic content.
