This project has been part of the Final Project within the IESE Executive MBA. The objective was to deliver: (1) An accurate market study to understand the current situation (2) A competitive assessment with the main robotics solutions industry players (Fanuc, KUKA, etc) (3) A revised value proposition to update the go-to-market strategy with a new segmentation (4) A revised segmentation & product strategy to meet the needs from customers and to boost adoption of the product

The objective of this project framed within the Executive MBA at IESE Business School had as an objective to formulate a strategy for GKN Powder Metallurgy towards Industry 4.0 that would create value for the main stakeholders. My role in this project was to lead my team towards defining a strategy that would identify value creation drivers for customers, shop floor staff, GKN as an organization and suppliers in order to embrace Industry 4.0 practices in a manufacturing company environment.
