I lead multi cross-functional teams to deliver engine modification projects to time, cost and quality constraints, throughout the project lifecycle (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control and Closure) in accordance with the Rolls-Royce product change process. I am the first point of contact for my projects, managing project attributes (Benefits; budget; risk; resource; schedule; governance etc) and customer expectations by communicating status at team meetings and review boards.

I was the primary Development point of contact for technical issues, resolving problems affecting all aspects of the test engine build/strip process for all large civil engine types. I was driving multidisciplinary engineering and production teams to deliver technical production line solutions to time, cost and quality constrains.

Worked as part of repair team on the cold end (Fan blades, compressor blades, discs, Nozzle Guide Vanes etc), to support component damage that varied from the dedicated repair scheme and inspection criteria limits. Supported the worldwide civil aerospace overhaul bases/operators with interpreting engineering drawings, repair schemes, inspection & obtaining expert advice. Researched and analysed part repairs to engines and used knowledge and expertise to authorise aircraft to fly with minor hardware damage.

Designed special purpose machines and parts, including domestic appliances, heating systems, internal & external pipe lines using Auto CAD software tool. Carried out design studies and selected suitable materials to satisfy design criteria.

Developed precise methods and techniques for integration & assembly of Mini engine to ensure consistent high quality, working within a team of 10 people.

Investigated and identified the root causes of various problems for SAAB 37 aircraft. Compiled technical reports of safety related issues and improved reliability. Investigated the effects of material damage for the Swedish Defence Force, liaising with pilots, technical engineers & aircraft manufacturers.

I investigated faults and their associated causes to improve design and manufacture processes to meet the strict quality improvement requirements of Volvo Headquarters. I was primary point of contact between (internal and external) customers and Volvo main office. I used own knowledge and expertise and organized necessary repair and maintenance of faulty components which were covered by manufacturing warranty.

I was investigating and troubleshooting vehicle faults to determine the root cause and planning maintenance & repair solutions; including mechanical and electrical repair.

Managed servicing and maintenance plans to improve productivity. Successfully minimised errors and faults in a high volume production line.
