- providing branch accounting, controlling and reporting tasks according to local, statutory, regulatory and management requirements - performing quarterly branch specific checks to ensure data quality and consistency - preparation of local financial statements of German branch and supporting the same activities for branches in Singapore, Japan and Denmark

• analyzing and identifying all transactions on bank accounts in multiple currencies, term deposits, loans and intercompany transfers for IBM locations • posting General Ledger entries according to US GAAP based on prepared analysis, to correct balance sheet, expense or intercompany accounts • keeping track of accrued receivable or payable interests from temporary deposits or intercompany loans • reconciling balances on respective GL accounts on a monthly basis for each country
