- Support the coordination and administration of clinical study activities throughout all phases, from start-up and execution to close-out. Working closely within the Local Study Team (LST). - Prepare, support, and perform payments to Health Care Organisations (HCO) and Health Care Professionals (HCP), in accordance with local regulations. - Working with SAP system (creating POs, vendors), eCRF (Reviewing patient data to clarify visit events and downloading data reports), and VCV.

- Have knowledge of clinical documents and the clinical study lifecycle - Maintain high level of understanding of AZ policies and guidelines used to delivery to the regulatory policies and support protection of personal information - Support and communication with Study Teams to secure delivery of redacted documents based on process

- Working with SAP system (ordering, releasing and issuing materials), TrackWise Digital, SciLife, and LIMS. - Managing training for quality control employees. - Creating and updating documents. - Distributing controlled copies. - Participating in stability studies. - Conducting data integrity checks.

- Supporting the Team in the analytical testing of final products, intermediates, starting materials and clean media. - Preparation of materials, reagents, equipment necessary for microbiological and analytical tests in the laboratory. - Compliance with good manufacturing and documentation practices.
