Leading project of a mechanical & electric unit, composed of a radial electric motor, gearbox and motor control unit, on time. ERP system management, FMEA development, creation of WI’s. Liaison betwen departments, optimizing parts manufacturability and reduce costs accross design, production, procurement and quality departments. Creation of test requirements.

Leading Production team on assembly of omnidirectional robots and creating standards for design team on best practices to reduce cost of manufactured parts. Liaising with HW/SW teams on test requirements for product approval

Leading a team of 5 CAM programmers to reduce machining times, standardize shopfloor and tooling used, to reduce time from order to shipping. Creation of RFQ’s and support customers on cost reduction through product analysis (DFM).

Successfully lead several cost effective solutions for the A320 rib wing machining and F35 Stealth Strike Figther. Implementation of flexible manufacturing systems in different countries (Europe and Asia). Coordinated with suppliers to integrate automation, reducing downtime and increasing OEE.

Successfull implementation of Post processors on different machine controls, NPI of several packages for Airbus and continuous improvement of machining processes.
