This position is currently involved in financial restructuring of the company and is normally responsible for handling the international banking relations, resource mobilization, structuring and negotiating various transactions and legal docuemnts and obtaining optimum rating

The Position was primariliy responisble for Issue and issuer Rating of Banks, Housing Finance Companies (HFC) and Non Banking Finance Companies (NBFC) and Structured Obligations Transactions, developing proper rating methodology, models and client base for Structured Finance Transactions,ensure effective time and resource management

Involved in Project Finance before leaving the company and ususally the position has the responsibility of managing the complete cycles of fund raising through structured finance route, development of appropriate policies and procedure for optimal utilization of resources and Management of Asset Finance Portfolio and Banking Relations

The position report to Board for Financial Control, Planning Functions and Internal and External Audit and was primarily responsible for cost management, fund raising and negotiating contracts
