Managed a team of approx. 30 people and delivered regular training with focus on Credit Risk Management.

Screened and assessed top exposures of the ProCredit Group by providing opinion/vote for more than EUR 50 Million in different activities. Updated the overall lending process by revising and proposing changes to Credit Risk Management. Actively participated in managing regulatory changes by assessing and proposing solutions. Delivered training to Branch Managgers of different countries of operation.

Actively planned, prepared and delivered the branch business plan. Directly responsible for managing change of the business model of the branch. Managed the downsize of the branch to optimal efficiency parameters. Trained and coached the branch staff in the areas of SME lending.

Successfully managed a loan portfolio of more than EUR 5 Mio through active engagement in generating, analyzing and continuously monitoring loan applications for business clients. Achieved a default rate of 0% for the time of managing the portfolio. Direct role in underwriting proposals on financing customers. Actively proposing to Credit Risk Department, enhancements of the lending process.
