I oversee laboratory, pilot‑plant and production‑related activities to ensure robust catalytic hydrogenation processes, consistent product quality and safe, efficient operation. My work includes optimizing reaction conditions, guiding catalyst selection, supporting industrial implementation and collaborating closely with R&D, engineering and manufacturing teams to translate complex chemistry into reliable processes.

I oversee analytical and application‑focused testing, guide a team of chemists and technicians, and ensure that product performance meets regulatory and market requirements.
