Leading a cross-functional team including multiple stakeholders within the company across development, research, marketing, market access to develop an implementation plan. Supporting preparatory activities to enable CDx commercialization of biomarkers for immuno-oncology with automated image analysis components.

Responsible to extend product marketing activities to Definiens dynamically growing tissue diagnostics services. Shaping the marketing strategy and go-to-market plans for an integrated offering combining software and service components. Developing of positioning, messaging, pricing, bundling and preparation of collaterals and sales trainings. Revenues with tissue diagnostic services have increased four-fold between 2013 and 2016.

Responsible for planning and execution of marketing communications at Definiens. Implementation of marketing automation to increase the efficiency of targeted outbound communications and developed novel processes for lead management. Management of multiple external agencies and preparation of launch campaigns for Definiens software solutions.

Preparation and delivery of introductory and advanced training courses to help scientist and bioinformaticians develop customized image analysis solutions to address challenges in cancer biology and other scientific areas. Supporting the development and execution of an integrated marketing campaign; development of product collaterals; planning and execution of webinars and coordinated European field marketing activities.

Research on the relationships between explanations of actions and neuroscientific explanations of brain processes at the Munich Competence Center for Ethics (later completed as PhD work). Giving lectures and seminars in neurophilosophy, philosophy of neuroscience and neuroethics for students with both philosophy and neuroscience backgrounds and participated in research colloquia.
