This was not a continuous contract, but various lengths of contracts and various short breaks and is therefore listed as one.

Experimental physics, synthesis of diamond films via CVD, thermal measurements of thin films with three omega method, design and building of a setup for three omega measurements. Manufacturing of microstructures with photolithography and electron-beam lithography in a multi user clean room .
