As a customer facing DevOps Consultant, I am helping clients to leverage their chosen cloud providers to the fullest and advise and help them with the adoption of new technologies and processes. I am working with clients across EMEA and multiple verticals.

As lead engineer I was responsible for the new CRM product, ensuring high-quality technical output of my team and releases on time. As part of the extended leadership team, I was contributing to monthly management meetings and setting quarterly goals, using the OKR framework. • Technical lead for the CRM squad (7 engineers, 06/18 – 03/20) • Technical lead for the referral program squad (5 engineers, 04/18 – 09/18) • Control external team developing Android and iOS mobile applications

The marketplace encompassed more than 5000 merchants with over 12 million products. • Implement, maintain and improve several large backend and frontend applications • Modernization of an untested monolithic legacy codebase into Symfony2 structure and components • Development of new order-processing platform including integration of payment providers, ERPs and shipping services • Implementation of a new invoicing system for all transactions on the marketplace platform
