As an IT Portfolio Manager at Porsche, I oversee the strategic allocation of a significant 3-digit milion-euro annual budget. I ensure the seamless alignment with the portfolio strategy by synchronizing value stream managers and epic owners with the execution level. My role includes stakeholder and communication management at both the portfolio and enterprise levels. I champion business agility, driving the agile transformation of the entire portfolio and promoting agility at the enterprise level.

Working in a full-stack Agile Team and focusing on the UI development of the Secure Wireless for the Sophos Central cloud. Used technologies include AngularJs, ES6, D3.js, Pixi.js, Bootstrap, HTML5, SASS and Google Analytics. Unit testing is implemented using Karma, Jasmine and UI Test Automation in Groovy. Git is used for versioning and the Atlassian products (Bamboo, Stash, Jira, Confluence) for deployment, process management, documentation and code reviews.

Developing and maintaining front-end web applications using Sencha ExtJs and AngularJs. I also improved application loading performance, created theme packages and theme swapping. I performed maintenance tasks and a code analysis on an AngularJs based application.

I worked with my team to give a new face to our customer’s self-service application, the Control Panel, and enhance customer experience. The projects consisted of implementing new layouts and were emphasizing on giving the user a better and more dynamic experience. Main technologies I use: Pustefix, JavaEE, Apache Maven, XML, XSL, CSS, Qooxdoo.

At 1&1 Romania, I worked on developing and maintaining JavaScript/Java based applications: Control Panel: Front-end interfaces for new webhosting features, internationalization, price updates, advertisement integration and maintenance tasks. Management Console: As technical owner of this native Java application, I developed Swing interfaces, integrated .NET web services and implemented new features.

I developed and maintained applications using the Ruby on Rails framework: WiseWindow’s MOBI Vibes: front-end interfaces, administration modules, reports. Greenwala.com: database management, configuration files, front-end interfaces, e-mail templates, page caching. Amorwares.com: administration modules, front-end interfaces and a blog section, e-mail templates and RSS Feeds, page caching. 2012th Aerospace Conference: front-end interfaces with JavaScript interactivity.
