As Senior Product Owner of a component team delivering software in a scaled Agile setup, I own the prioritised list of stories that is the Product Backlog. I progressively drive value with each Product Increment according to the vision and roadmap, and closely monitor that our collective efforts go towards the strategic initiatives on time, within scope and at capacity; I aim for predictability and for sustainability. A trained communicator, I keep everyone relevant in the right loop.

As Product Owner, I have the responsibility of creating, updating and maintaining the Product Backlog items. It is also my daily concern to ensure that the user stories are clarified and prioritised based on the overall strategy and business objectives communicated by the client. These objectives are encapsulated in the overall product vision and roadmap, which I strive to embody throughout the iterative process.

In my role as a BA, I discovered, clarified and documented the functional and non-functional requirements in the fashion preferred by the client. My role also entailed story writing in Jira, SCRUM ceremonies, acting as proxy of the Product Owner. I used a wide array of tools in order to ease the communication and to build a common understanding of the requirements - ranging in complexity from a screenshot to entity relationship diagrams and flowcharts, data dictionaries and data mapping techniques.

My responsibilities included ensuring the meeting of KPIs for a series of BPO processes performed by a team of 50. I was also the client SPOC.

As Customer Service and Sales Manager, I was in charge of a team of 5-10 members and responsible for technical support, customer satisfaction and meeting the sales targets for Property Shark, a New York City based real estate web site. I worked with a small team of programmers and data analysts. I acted as VOC (voice of customer) in Agile iterations and pushed software development towards clearly established business goals.​
