Management of Group international projects mainly related to integrate merged companies in Corporate Business Process and IT solutions

IT Manager with direct line to the General manager of the comapny. Responsability of IT infrastructure (300 worplaces and 30 servers), IT applications (SAP, SICS Classic, SICSnt and other home made packeges). Logistic services (Videoconf, telephone, events, meetings, etc.). Coordination with Group IT.

Responsible for IT Application. Relationships with IT vendors and IT service providers. Coordination with Group IT functions. Project in South Africa for Internet tool implementation with important local client Resposnible of Year 200 project Co-leader in EURO project

IT Operations management. Service level agreement and monitoring. improvement and standadization of IT Help Desk and IT first level support

Responsible for IT Application development and maintenance. Client/Server standard set-up. Evaluation and release of standard packages. Implementation of SICS Classic for technical administration with international provider (Norway, Switzerland). Participation to standardization committee for EDI messages.

Development and maintenance of IT Application (VSE and MVS - VSAM - CICS - DB2). Programming languages: PL1, Cobol, RPGII, Assembler
