- Business controlling and support to the administrative and commercial activities of the group’s subsidiaries in the UK, Spain, Japan, Hong Kong, China and Brazil - Preparation of monthly group’s consolidated figures; reporting to the top management - Management and co-ordination of the subsidiaries budgeting process - Support to SAP implementation projects at subsidiary level and to the development of a new consolidation and planning system at group level.

Management and supervision of all accounting, financial and administrative activities of the group’s UK subsidiary. - Preparation of monthly accounts and full year financial statements; reporting to the group’s management - Business and credit controlling; preparation of forecast and budget figures - Management of fiscal and statutory compliance; relations with the auditors - Support to sales and logistic operations; supervision of legal and HR related activities.

- Business controlling of the group’s subsidiaries in the UK, Greece, Japan, Hong Kong and mainland China - Preparation of forecast and budget figures; actual data and variance analysis - Support to the preparation of local and consolidated financial statements - Support to the start-up of new subsidiaries.

Data management and analysis. Daily liaison with the wholesale subsidiaries in Europe, Asia and the Americas and the retail business in North America and the Asia-Pacific region. - Orders and sales data analysis; inventory valuation; preparation of quarterly and annual forecasts - Support to the preparation of consolidated financial statements according to USGAAP and IFRS - Reporting to the top management and the financial community (SEC, CONSOB) - SOX-Audit related activities
