Review Purchase Orders, Sales Orders and Project documents identifying key points related to material delivery and quality requirements. Prepare export documents such as Shipping Invoice, Packing list and Delivery Notes and maintain a record of documents along with project documents. Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Operations and Quality Control Departments to maximize departmental roles in order execution. Submit or present order status reports to customers or company management.

Provides administrative support and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed and ensuring efficient operation of the office. Provides information to stakeholders’ and customers’ questions and concerns through verbal or written communication. Receive, record and file business permit/licensing from clients. Coordinate with the group in developing strategies on expediting work and realizing organizational goals.

Organize work assignments and assist in day-to-day operation of Community Relations Department. Aid in implementation and monitoring of livelihood projects for the conservation of farming communities. Assist in dissemination of information and public awareness campaigns of the organization. Coordinate with the partner and other line agencies for the watershed development and related programs.

As a Junior Marine Engineer, I worked on the upkeep of equipment and machinery such as Auxiliary Engine, Refrigeration System, HVAC, Pump Systems, Fuel and Oil Separators, and Air Compressors. I am conducting scheduled, preventive and reactive maintenance on equipment and provide report to the supervising engineer and to the company service and maintenance database.

As an Engine Wiper, I am tasked to record Engine and Machinery parameters reassuring that good working conditions are met by the equipment, assist Engineers in conducting service repair or maintenance to Engine Machineries and Equipment, conduct monthly inventories on ship engine room spares and consumables, and participate in Engine Watchkeeping duties.

As an Engine Cadet, I am primarily working on how to gain thorough knowledge in Engine Equipment and Machinery maintenance, Engine Watchkeeping, troubleshooting and system familiarization. Moreover, I am assisting Engineers in all engineering tasks and making projects and reports in a timely manner as supervised by my senior engineer.
