Start-up of German operations. Working as an analyst, project manager, and production manager, coordinati ng all real estate engagements and involved in planning, designing, and preparing work proposals for clients and job costing and budgeting.

In addition to duties as production manager, worked on the design and presentation of commercial and technical proposals to clients and job costing and budgeting. Worked in several countries in south-central Europe.

Directly involved in the start-up of American Appraisal’s Russian operation serving corporate clients in most of the eastern European countries, acquiring knowledge of several of the biggest industrial companies within the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). Additionally, in direct cooperation with most of the international auditing firms, developed valuation models for the restatement of book values in accordance with International Accounting Standards and U.S. GAAP.

Valuation of real estate properties, market research, analysis and application of urban development plans & mass appraisal techniques. Including residential and commercial complexes, office space, industrial facilities &leisure complexes. In charge of implementing a systematic approach to computer usage in the office environment. Developed computerized working models and programs for mass appraisals and valuation standardization methodology for AA’s subsidiaries and clients.
