For T-Systems Internat., I was BA in a TSS outsourcing project for a worldwide petroleum company. My mission was divided in several phases, from the customer requirements understanding, the processes definition and in the end, production of a whole set of value-added reports dedicated to internal and external purposes. The international dimension of that project and the short term delivery were main motivation criteria as well as the opportunity of working for the core T-Systems business activity.
