In this position I have to upgrade an old Angular JS application to Angular with the NX workspace

I managed a team in Romania of 8 people. We have realized an application for Defense “Naval”, to control actors (for weapons) using radar information. I was responsible for the knowledge transfer of Angular within the team. Daily scrum meetings and sessions was part of the execution of this task, where a demo was presented to the organization and the product owner every 2 weeks, which was the result of the sprint.

In this position I worked as lead senior frontend developer, The application was a comparison website for telephone, internet and telephony bundles. My task was to set up the entire architecture including a state management on the client side. Managing the development team. And organizing scrum meetings and presentations. The API consisted of several Docker microservices, each with its own endpoint. With the integration of SSR I have also made the application suitable for CEO.
