Negotiated development kit agreements, reference design agreements, software license agreements, software customization agreements, IP Core agreements, software maintenance agreements, EDA tool agreements, verification tool agreements, human resources related agreements, business development/partnering agreements, and contract engineering (outsourcing) service agreements (with U.S. based and India based companies).
