At CARIAD Scaled Agile Framework within VW.os Solution-Train of Software-Platform Development, responsible as a Product-Manager of the ART XCT (Agile Release Train for cross cutting teams). XCT includes all System-Teams, Shared-Services, CoPs (Requirements, Integration+Variant-Mngt, Testing, Quality-Mngt+Assurance, Security, OpenSource, KPI-Metrics). XCT is in account of the definition, rollout and observance of all the development processes following ASPICE and UNECE, applied within all Dev.-Teams.

Leading SW-PMO global organization to onboard customer project teams using standardized Methods, Processes and tool chains, like CLM (IBM: DNG, DM, RTC, RQM), Coverity, CI, FOSS. Defining and Implementing the global Standards within Visteon in agreement with the skill teams (HW, Sys, SW, MDO, Val) for Req.-Mngt, Architecture, Planning and Test-Mngt, related to ASPICE. Global methods/standards / dashboards for standardized Project-Planning, Defect-Mngt, ASPICE traceability, Project-Platform approaches.
