Sharing application stories to the customers & teams. • Make seminars for customer to introduce DFG`s product and help them to understand the features & advantages. • Support customer to trial and get expected results. • Support application trouble shooting for both pre-sales and after-sales. • Know well of competition status, support customer demand of competition compare and analysis. • Actively optimize trial process so as to make work efficient.

• Ensure project development & documentation, fulfill the project technical & timing requirement. • Responsible for the E/E R&D proposal and change management &components localization. • Support production launch activity in new plant. As a global trends team member in Kroschu China.

• Visit customers understand requirements & give the proposal in time. • Convince customer to accept proposed solutions. Work close with AM to finish the sales target; • Design Kick off & Support RFQ and handle quotation of new parts.
