Primairily done analog hardware design. Also multi disciplinar system design, consultancy and troubleshooting was also part of my job. Interesting projects: Capacitive code reader Key features: Modulated at 1 MHz, BW of 20 kHz, equivalent noise floor of 0,3 fF at 6,6 sigma, with an electrode capacity of 0,47 pF. Paperbin monitor Key features w.r.t. former costumers idea: 40 times less power consumption, 4 times more accurate, product costs cut in half and full diagnostic possibilities.
Contracted by ASML through NBG Industrial Automation within large multidisciplinair project groups. Interesting projects: Sensor board, high resolution and low noise, multiple ADC/DAC with dual ported RAM communication. With onboard diagnostics to support machine integration. Motor control with four configurable motor control loops with LVDT front-end sensor systems. Every servo loop is configurable to achieve ultimate tuning. Incl. onboard network analyzer and diagnostics support system integration.
