Coordination of all Powertrain activities in Asia (China, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines and Australia)

- P&L responsibility for about 20 direct and 1,100 indirect employees in Wuhu / China with about € 125 million in sales (legally independent joint venture with the Chinese government) - Responsible for all functions of the JV (Manufacturing, Sales, R&D, Purchasing, Logistic, HR, etc.)

- P&L responsibility for about 10 direct and 300 indirect employees in China, Korea, Japan, India and Australia and about € 80 million in sales - Responsibility for the operational results in the APAC locations (Shanghai & Wuhu – China, Icheon –Korea, Kawasaki – Japan, Bangalore – India, Heidelberg - Australia)

- P&L responsibility for 10 direct and 600 indirect employees in Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Germany, Japan and the US and about € 80 million in sales - Responsibility for the EA Segment operational results in the American locations (Chatham – CANADA, Juarez – Mexico, Guarulhos/Salto – Brazil)

- Responsible for about 40 employees (4 departments) - Authorization (limited authority to act and sign) - Coordination of all internal and customer related quality activities (customer support, initial sample reports, complaint management, audits, ...) - Responsibility for the department „Material analysis and process development“

- Development of electromechanical components - Coordination of projects within the development department - Realization of projects with the customer

- Development of motor vehicles and combustion engines - Development of specific measurement equipment and software - Additional training: “Techniques of the marketing management“
