My experience at the Adina Hotel has provided me with many new skills and experiences in both the Food & Beverage and Conference department including: table waiting, bartending, various event preparation, inventory and stock taking, and making stock orders. In May 2015 I was promoted to Bar & Restaurant Manager, meaning that I am now responsible for the training and organizing of my staff as well as the maintaining and coordination of the restaurant.

I was trusted with the vital task of maintaining and improving relations with existing customers, as well as finding new customers. As a client representative and was responsible for determining and implementing the exact needs and expectations of the client. I handled all online campaigns for our clients across various channels such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads. I also provided reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis; these reports were created using analytics and client feedback.

I was responsible for communicating and handling relations with our foreign suppliers throughout Europe. I was also entrusted with the task of forming and monitoring the budget for brand activities. The company was working together with well-known fashion brands and I also managed the entire process from procurement to delivery. This role also required the presenting and selling of goods to existing as well as new wholesale customers, and planning marketing activities.

Here I made a lot of experience, which included coordinating sales, processing orders and managing relationships with foreign suppliers. I was also responsible for maintaining and improving the relationships with our existing customers as well as finding new customers.

This work experience was a vital step for my career as it allowed me to develop and improve my English skills whilst also acquiring work experience. I worked primarily in the Food & Beverage department as was responsible for food-running, table waiting, buffet preparation, and also assisting the team prepare for various events.
