- Heading the contract manufacturing business for finished dosage form pharmaceuticals and medical devices, comprising aseptic liquid filling, complex sterile formulations, filling incl. lyophilization in various containers and transfer devices at more than 10 manufacturing sites located in USA, Europe & Asia. - P&L responsibility with an annual three-digit million euro budget. - Managing an international BD, sales & marketing team.

- Business development for contract development and manufacturing services of complex parenterals for the region Europe, Middle East and Africa. - Focus on Evonik's technology for parenteral sustained-release formulations (microparticles, nanoparticles, implants), besides other complex parenterals, such as liposomes, RNA delivery, drug conjugates, etc.).

- Business development for contract manufacturing of sterile pharmaceuticals. - Project manager for pharmaceutical contract development projects (07/2011 – 11/2014). - Design & coordination of galenical development incl. QbD and scale-up processes. - Negotiations of CDAs, quotations, development and supply agreements with global customers. - Market research & marketing functions for contract manufacturing services.

Coordinated the implementation for SAP/APO at 14 world-wide production sites for managing forecasts of external customers. Involved in a think-tank for improving global supply chain related processes. Steered the supply chain of various IV drugs in Norway during a global drug shortage.

Optimized the production planning for the packaging lines of the plant in Graz. Carried out a Lean Management project focusing on sample management, improving the quality inspections for incoming materials and optimizing the knowledge management. Conducted market research of various IV drugs for their suitability for pre-filled syringes. Contributed to the global launch of a narcotic IV drug, focusing on the supply chain.

Developed an assay for detecting multiple gene expression profiles in Gryllus bimaculatus. Published in Development 138(22):5015-26.
