UP Global is dedicated to empowering the entrepreneurial community and building networks that drive collaboration and strengthen entrepreneurs worldwide. My role as a Project Manager is much more the one of a bridge builder between us and our new public partnerships, covering multiple tasks ranging from Partner acquisition and business development over to Partner strategies, relationship management and co-developing best branding opportunities for both sides. My main partner was the European Commission.

Lugas shoes brings recycled tire sandals from Uganda to European feet.Through our two-tired business model we mean to reinvest earnings to set up production capacities and provide entrepreneurship education for our friends in Uganda.
