Implementation of a new High Heat Treatment process on high whey protein/high dry matter products: -Technical specification: working group, writing FRS (Functional Requirement Specification) and URS (User Requirement Specification), -Process development: available process survey, trial at supplier facilities (APV, GEA…), design improvement, evaluation and reporting… -Production trials (pilot plant), evaluation and report, -Direct validation trial, - In charge of "Validation Master Plan"

- Industrialisation and improvement of product recipes, - Process validation (mixing and cleaning procedures): validation protocol, validation trial… - Process improvement: performance, efficiency, availability… - Implementation and follow-up of performance indicators: OEE, KPI, reporting to group, - Packaging line (bag in box, canning line) trouble shooting, - Technological and lawful survey.
