My main role was to find the right person for the right job. This included screening CV’s, telephone interviews, and writing short reports about them. I joined first face to face interviews between the consultant and the candidate after the candidate completed an assessment which I evaluated and discussed with the consultant first. I had the reponsibility for one project for the last 2 weeks which enabled me to take independently decisions about the candidates. All decisions were agreed with my supervisor
