During my collaboration with Romsys Romania I was accountable with project management success, software architecture and software development. Project: ATM Banking Systems Management Framework Management framework for banking ATM machines, designed for real time ATM status reporting and on demand management operations. Project: ATM Banking Map Locator Real time ATM neighbours map locator based on GPS coordinates designed to collect and update over 1000 clients with their statuses and neighbours.

Joan Allen Electronics, the most important metal detecting company from the UK market, required an ERP system to supervise and improve the internal workflow. I have coordinate a team of five people, developers, web designers and accountants, each having a set of tasks in this project. I’ve won the bid in front of few UK based companies and coordinated it during all the software development lifecycle, also being actively involved in software development as the main developer.

The Romanian Basketball Federation required to upgrade in order to add new information, new features. At the end, the website was rebuilt adapting the current design to the customer requirements.
