Working for the Demographic Management Team. One of my task is to create Reportings, Dashboards and deeper Analysis for the managers of the business functions. Meetings and workshops where we discuss demographic related issues within the unit and possible actions to solve them.

During this internship we worked closely together with our customer Lufthansa Central IT in order to create an Access System for a company wide used tool. Also we analyzed the existing Data and build up a suitable reporting. During our work we seek constantly feedback from users in order to create a user friendly Access.

Fahrgastinformation, Betreuung von Events

Analysis of the cybersecurity market with the objective of finding the most suitable vendor. Finding proper KPI's in order to measure the vendors. Also perform interviews with vendors to gain better insights within the cybersecurity market.
