My role as executive involved the challenging task of expanding our established office in Santos to the Greater São Paulo area. Our primary focus was on large and medium-sized supermarkets, offering services in accounting, human resources, and administrative outsourcing. I was responsible for acquiring new clients, participating in daily meetings with supermarket owners, and managing a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) dedicated to expanding our connections.

Responsible for the allocation of liquid assets: equity funds and multimarket funds; implementation of processes and structures; market monitoring of FIIs, FIPs, PE/VC, government bonds and private credit. In addition, I also marketed and managed the bank's product, which included credit options (real estate, installments, and sustainable), insurance, credit cards, consortiums, and exchange.
