In Charge of developing and deploying Supplier Quality and Development Strategy, Organization, Key Performance Indicators and working Standards, regarding supplier Panel, Program and Production, in alignment with Purchasing, Operation and Engineering goals, Customer Specific Requirement and International Norms & Regulations. I support a Global functional network made of 10 SQ&D Mgrs./Directors, 50 ASQs & 80 SQAs.

In charge of developing and executing consulting services to improve the performance of organizations in relation to quality management in programs and series production, to logistics, to lean manufacturing and lean engineering practices. I develop my activities in the automotive, land-defence, nuclear energy, raw material processing and aeronautics sectors. My clients are the CEOs, VP Quality, VP Engineering of major Global companies.

Management of development, manufacturing and serial production of industrial equipment for opticians. Management of a multidisciplinary team from 6 to 10 persons from Marketing, Quality, Development (Optical, Electronic / Software / Mechanic / Purchasing / Manufacturing). Management of project activities from the marketing specification until the mass production.

MATRA AUTOMOBILE (Renault Espace vehicle) – Eradicate electric and electronic failures during the pre-serial phase of the “Espace” RENAULT to secure mass production. – Responsible of the design of the engine electric harnesses & mechanical associated parts. – In charge of the pre-design of the mechanical structure of the variator of an electric engine.

Management of Metal weaving and tailoring shop floor (50 pers. - 20MF of sales). In charge of the industrial reorganization.
