At Alcoa, I support international clinical research studies by coordinating site activities, managing documentation and data entry, and ensuring compliance with study protocols and ICH-GCP guidelines. I assist investigators, support patient safety monitoring, and help maintain high standards of regulatory compliance and data quality throughout the study.

During my time at Avixa Pharmaceuticals, I supported chemical and microbiological quality control activities. I performed pharmaceutical analyses using HPLC, FTIR, pH and conductivity measurements, titration, and moisture determination. I also conducted microbiological testing, including AMI tests, endotoxin analysis, Gram staining, and culture media preparation, in compliance with GMP and GLP standards.

As a research intern, I contributed to studies on genetic variation using Drosophila melanogaster as a model organism. I conducted DNA extraction, PCR amplification, and sequencing to investigate evolutionary genetics and molecular diversity across populations

In this project, I focused on the molecular pathology of hereditary diseases, as well as immunological mechanisms related to asthma and allergies. I performed DNA sequencing, gel electrophoresis, and protein analysis techniques to explore the molecular basis of these conditions.

During my hospital internship, I gained practical experience in clinical diagnostics by performing hemograms, PCR assays, biochemical tests, and microbiological procedures such as cultures, antibiograms, and Gram staining. I also worked with cell cultures and participated in chromosome analysis through karyotyping, gaining exposure to both biochemical and cytogenetic workflows.
