Working with Commercial Group to manage Contractual Claims. • Preparation of Head Contracts Risks and Opportunity Summary. • Identifying any potential risks / contractual exposure that may impact the projects. • Assess risks threats and put plans in place to avoid, mitigate or transfer risks as appropriate. • Identification and Preparation of Delay Claims, EOT Claims, Delay Damage Claims, Disruption Claims. • Support the management team in negotiation of these Contractual Claims.

• Procurement of Material - Sub Contactors Agreement formation • Subcontract Management (National) - Evaluate Variation claims. • Head Contract • Raise Change Order Notices, Submit Variation Claims • Preparation of Delay Claims, EOT Claims

• Procurement of Material – Prepare Tender documents, Issue & Receive Tender, Tender Analysis, Selec-tion of Subcontractor, Sub Contactors Agreement formation • Subcontract Management (National) – Monitor Subcontractor Progress on Site, Forecast Subcontractor’s Cost for Completion of job, Processing Monthly Progress Claim, Evaluate Variation claims. • Head Contract • Raise Change Order Notices, Submit Variation Claims • Preparation of Delay Claims, EOT Claims

• Pretender activities including Pricing Items, getting Quotes from the Subcontractors • WBS Coding of the work and allocate Budget for Work • Selection of Subcontractor, Sub Contactors Agreement formation, Processing their Invoices • Quantity Take off from construction drawings and evaluates its Cost and Schedule Impact on Tender Quantities • Raise Change Notices, Submit Variation Claims, Monthly Progress Claims

• Lead the QS team to measure the project and deliver on time with accuracy. • Refer project specifications and liaise with client for any technical queries. • Incorporate the technical queries reply into the measure. • On screen Quantity Take-Off. • Referring international standards and specification. • Preparation of BOQ at various stages like Pretender Stage, Tender Stage. • Assist client in pricing Jobs with software like Candy CCS, Causeway.

• Coordination with sites located at several locations in India on technical and non-technical matters. • Scheduling of Projects, Coordination of Day-to-Day Activities, Coordination with Dorsch Consult (Germa-ny), Preparation of invoices.

• Estimation using DSR (District Schedule of Rates), Tendering, Scheduling of Projects • Resource Management for all construction sites. • Coordination with all construction sites on day to day basis and closely monitor the progress of work. • Preparation of Monthly Progress Claims, Variation Claims, Contractual Claims. • Coordination with PWD, Health Dept. and Sani Plan, a consultancy appointed by Indo German group.

• Testing of construction material. • Approving methodology of all activities, before the same are executed on site. • Work Quality Check at various stages. • Quantifying and certifying the claims raised by executing agency • To facilitate the executing agency for smooth working at site by giving impartial and unbiased decisions.
