• Project planning, management and documentation with key project accountability and stakeholder & staff responsibility. • Work directly with the project manager to offer solutions to drive the project forward. • leading professional engineers and technical specialists, establishing and scheduling the project baseline and to achieve the best results together. • Continuous project controlling and on-site monitoring, using EVM principals, establishing KPI’s.

• Analyzing material cost breakdowns and accuracy based on market values. • Assessing and comparing the suppliers’ capabilities and conducting the negotiation process in the tender phase. • Establishing and scheduling the project baseline and monitoring its progress. • Provide concise and accurate reports on project status and forecast to complete to the project management team.

• Ensuring the implementation and control of schedules associated with the projects’ contractual requirements. • Continuous project controlling, on-site monitoring, providing action/recovery plans according to the need in order to deliver the project on time.

• Scheduling and providing a comprehensive project’s baseline including procurement, resources and budgeting to deliver the best results together. • Prioritize activities, Support activities driving the timely delivery of accurate project deliverables and meet deadlines. • Track and communicate progress against the project/deployment plan, timeline, and key milestones, including escalating delays and roadblocks in a timely manner and providing regular updates to management.

• Implementing cost-oriented analysis of tenders’, breaking down material cost and accuracy based on market values. • Coordinating with the suppliers and subcontractors. • Assessing and comparing the suppliers’ capabilities and conducting the negotiation process in the tender phase. • Item analysis, quantity surveying, reviewing the design and producing the total cost calculation and project tender management.
