 Update the AUDI (two projects: JIT and JIC production) plant S&OP based on the Audi-Brussels S&OP.  Realize and manage the MPS meeting.  Ensure that the MPS Is based on an agreed working calendar.  Create and maintain plans and schedules to ensure 100% customer demand-supply.  Control the progress of production department and develop a PDCA in case of non-compliance with the MPS.  Establish a strategic production schedule for the next 6 months and communicate it weekly with all the suppliers.

 Production monitoring respecting hygiene and environmental safety rules (managing a team of 10 technicians).  Treat and track customer (Airbus France) complaints to prevent quality risks.  Propose and implement solutions to improve industrial performance.  Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.

• Existing analysis: measurement of performance indicators, timing, brainstorming, ISHIKAWA diagram, Pareto, QQOQCP, VSM, MUDAS hunting. • Elaboration of an action plan for solving problems by applying the Lean Manufacturing tools: SMED, KANBAN, standardization, operators training... • Design of a new cable storage box using CATIA. • Implementation of a 5S system and visual management.

• Productivity improvement by the VSM tool. • Product quality control.

• Initialization to the petroleum industry. • Ensure that the risk management system is very well applied in the field.
