I was responsible for the engineering team which delivered a brand new 3 tonne telehandler machine from concept to production. We designed these machines from concept, worked through two test and development cycles, and incorporated the knowledge and experience of the European Manufacturing, Purchasing and Quality departments. Having passed all NPI Gate reviews, the product was launched at industry shows across Europe, receiving orders following customer trials, ahead of start of shipment in Q1 2017.

I was engineering team leader for GE Oil&Gas, Leicester, where I led a team of 5 multi-discipline engineers, designing and delivering specialised sensors for the Oil&Gas industry worldwide. Clients included BP, Shell, Aker Solutions and Petrobras Brazil.

Design and analysis of a microwave probe suitable for use at 22500psi in a high temperature Oil & Gas environment. I selected suitable materials and their manufacturing methods in partnership with Quadrant Plastics, and created the initial concepts for GE's Multiphase Flow Meter.

Senior Engineer, responsible for mechanical design and structural integrity (FEA and Strain Gauging) of chassis, boom and other critical components.
