Managing a post acquisition division of the Omitec Group.

Responsible for organisational change within the service operations. Also responsible for ensuring new service launches could be managed efficiently by back office support functions

Responsible for developing business plans and commercial activities with respect to automotive electronic systems and multimedia systems. Also involved in business development activities, customer sales and corporate strategy, including M&A and Joint venture activities. Most noticeable success was the pre and post closure aspects ofthe Plastic Omnium acquisition in 1999.

Various engineering and manufacturing engineering positions within Ford's European Electronics Operations (EEO), IPO's in 2001 to form Visteon. This included a 2 yr assignment in Cologne Germany.
