Topic- Integration and Automation of Test Setups - To build a standard Architecture for the pre-existing Test Setups in SICK. - To control this Architecture with a high level system using OPC-UA

Tilte- Creation of test bed using Siemens TIA Portal for absolute encoders - Integration, Configuration and Commissioning of SINEMATICS Drive and SICK Encoder in Siemens TIA-Portal - Creation of the block diagram for the test bench following wiring of the Siemens PLC with SINEMATICS Drive and Encoder - Development of the various automated test cases for Siemens servo motors with ladder diagram and ST. - Implementation of the programs into the hardware including trouble shooting

• Developed HMI using CODESYS to use PixTend as a controller for various sensor experiments. • Developed test beds for industrial temperature measurements (PT100,NTC,TC) and for optical sensors. • Connection/Wiring between Controlling unit and technical processes • Investigating electrical behaviour of sensors with Digital Multimeter and Oscilloscope including troubleshooting.

-Responsible for validation and modification of Omron's PLC program - Worked with Denso Thailand to connect all production PCs to a common server - Developed and implemented solutions for manufacturing issues related to the operation ratio, e.g. error reduction - Involved in supporting external IATF audits (ISO 16949-2016)
