My role was of an Individual Contributor as well as handling a team of two people with coordination between US teams for the requirements and analysis to be done for the QA of the projects undertaken.

Worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Infosys where I was working for Microsoft, USA one of the most esteemed client of Infosys. My role and responsibilities included analyzing the software products like various Operating Systems developed by Microsoft Corp. Initiated and conceptualized the concept of Backup and Continuity Plan, Single point Reporting Management System
