At Dunlop Protective Footwear I'm responsible for defining digital activation strategies and drive the conversion rates of our global online flagship store at dunlopboots.com. Together with a state-of-the-art marketing team (with segment, product and content marketeers) I'm building on brand awareness and continiously looking for the perfect mixture of channels and content to reach our end users: the world's makers and doers.

I've managed the online ecosystem of DEKRA Certification to increase the quality and synergy of our digital channels (online, e-mail, social media) and took care of optimal integration of online activities in the marketing mix.

Responsible for Shimano’s E-Business platform being used at 14 sales offices across Europe. I’ve been leading the transition of Shimano to a new E-Commerce platform based on enterprise technology. This platform a key element in Shimano’s customer centric digital strategy.

As consultant I’ve been guiding clients through the fast and ever-evolving digital landscape. Translating the clients’ needs to concepts and act as connector between them and technical and creative project partners. I’ve been involved in international rollouts of campaigns, applications and platforms for high-profile clients as BP and Elsevier.

analyzing clients’ organizational policies and procedures and translating this into strategies and development plans. Mainly worked for semi-government clients and supported these organizations with activities such as system selection and workflow management. Built a lot of experience in usability and accessibility.
