Five Star is a leading mold maker for cooling pipe quick connectors with 130 employees. The company is IATF16949 certified and strong in Mold flow analysis, virtual mold trial out, scientific mold trial out and high precision machining. Using DMG 5axis CNC, Yasda CNC, Charmilles EDM, Wirecut, Hexagon CMM, GOM 3D scanner, Arburg and Engel molding machines in house. More than 95% of our molds are exported Europe and North America. We build about 450 sets tools each year currently.
