DESIGN ENGINEER, Trek Bicycle Corporation; Waterloo, Wisconsin • Responsible Lead Engineer for design of Trek Aftermarket and Components projects • Worked with a cross functional team to establish project goals and incorporate innovative solutions to engineering problems. • Developed working prototypes and proof of concept • Developed engineering specifications for parts and assemblies to ensure quality manufacturing processes met product design criteria.

Worked as a Lab Assistant the UW-Madison Engineering Research Center in the Internal Combustion Engine Laboratory. Hands-on responsibilities including fabrication of one-cylinder engine test cells.

Worked as a Mechanical Designer for Hubba-Hubba Racing LLC. Designed performance parts for All Harley Drag Racing Association riders based on direct racetrack feedback.

Worked as Intern Engineer at S&S Cycle. Designed Variable Reluctance Sensor for engine timing and later received patent.
